Welsh Government Prison response to David Rees AM

I have now received a reply from the Welsh Government regarding the decision by the Westminster Government to site a new prison on Baglan Industrial Estate (see attached).  This leaves many questions that the Minister of Prisons in London has to answer as to why this site and not any of the others.  I am still awaiting a response from him which will provide the details we need and I hope that he doesn’t provide another weak and uninformative reply.
