David Rees AM Congratulates Afan Forest Mountain Bike Centre

Today, David Rees AM for Aberavon is congratulating Afan Forest Mountain Bike Centre after it was named in the top three sites for mountain bike trails in Britain in a survey by Mountain Bike Trail community website iBikeRide.

David Rees Said “The Afan Valley has a strong reputation for mountain biking and this is reflected by the mountain bike community through this vote. Businesses in the Afan Valley should also be congratulated as they continued to offer a high class provision whilst work was undertaken tackling the diseases affecting the forestry. The Afan Valley is a wonderful area and offers tourists excellent outdoor activities and beautiful scenery, a combination which is clearly attractive to people.”
